The breakfast was excellent - variety of dishes. The service provided there was SUPERB. The staff were lovely friendly and fabulously friendly, and the free parking was available.

Location: the hotel was right by the main shopping road, many lovey cafes and the main shopping area in Dunedin city. The room was modern with lovely beds and luxurious bathroom.
